  We do NOT offer any refunds for our products and services. However, we do offer alternatives to you as the customer.

  If there are any issues with a product that you have purchased from us, please provide pictures and a description of the issue, and send them to us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to accommodate you. We will work with you personally to resolve the issue. We won't leave you hanging.
